OMHC Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service

Customer Service Position Arundel Lodge, Inc is a non-profit organization that works toward a world where behavioral health disorders are not a limit to achieving a meaningful life in the community. The primary responsibilities for the Customer Service position are: Greet guests/patients Process referrals of OMHC services Collect personal information for new patients and input data into Credible Scheduling (in person at desk and via telephone) Collect co-pays for services Answer phones, check voicemails on clinic line Assume other administrative duties as needed Assist clinic staff with tracking clients/caseloads Assist clinic staff with tracking client caseloads, and other admin duties Position is eligible for health, dental, vision, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays.$18 - $18 an hour
