This is a great opportunity to join a leading company in the optometric/ophthalmic field with a clear path for future carrer development and growth. This role would be responsible for providing clinical and product training to new and existing customers, with a focus on increasing usage and sales. You will also work closely with the Territory Manager to provide ongoing support to existing accounts.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide in-office training and product integration to ensure a positive initial experience and subsequent utilization growth. Create a comprehensive plan for each practice to optimize practice flow and support patient identification and treatment within a reimbursed environment. Work closely with TM to become a trusted partner to new and existing accounts. Produce consistent touch points with assigned accounts through identified frequency goals. Understand each customer's priorities and drivers, along with their related challenges and opportunities, and implement solutions that meet their needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:1-3 years of B2B sales experience Clinical experience in an optometric/ophthalmic or healthcare-related field.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in training and/or coaching. Solution-oriented and change-agile. Effective communicator with the ability to resolve conflict and solve problems with win-win outcomes. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Knowledge of and experience with market access and reimbursement. Territory Supported: Arkansas, Eastern OK, MI, and N Louisiana. Base city would be Tulsa, OKCOMP:Base: $80k -$87k based on exp + Monthly Bonus $2500 per Month - Total 1st year OTE - $110k - $117kFull benefits package
