New York Common Pantry is seeking a Chief Program & Strategy Officer to lead programs, impact strategy, government affairs, and research. Reporting to the CEO, the CPSO shapes growth, ensures mission-aligned services, and guides governance across food programs, social services, and evaluation. The role supervises senior leaders, collaborates with finance, development, operations, and HR, and partners with external stakeholders to advance NYCP’s equity and outcome-driven mission.
