Commercial Lines Account Manager

Commercial Lines Account Manager We are seeking a skilled and licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager with a strong passion for client service. If you're self-driven, know how to manage your book, and prefer a no micromanagement culture, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of clients with professionalism and accuracy
- Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
- Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively
- Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support
- Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts
- Work closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment
Requirements:
- Active Texas P&C Insurance License 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management
- Proficiency in EPIC or AMS360 systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently
