Job Title: Microschool Founder & Director (located in the West)
We are looking for passionate paradigm shifters who are deeply inspired to transform education one microschool and community at a time. This is a calling to disrupt the educational status quo. You must be passionate about launching and operating your own microschool. About the Opportunity & Changemaker Education:https:///We’re on a mission to transform education from the inside out. As a microschool incubator and growing network of affiliate schools, we support visionary leaders in creating life-changing learning environments rooted in love, autonomy, community, creativity, and equity. At the heart of every Changemaker Microschool is our signature Mind, Body, Soul (MBS) Curriculum — a transformative program for both children and adults. MBS integrates mindset and emotional intelligence, health and nutrition, and a connection to purpose and meaning. It’s not just what we teach — it’s how we grow. We’re now seeking our next cohort of Founders to launch new microschools beginning January 2027, Fall 2027 or Fall 2028. If you're ready to launch and lead a new kind of learning community, we invite you to join us. We’re committed to making your dream of launching and leading a microschool a reality. As a Founder, you’ll be part of a transformational community and receive the structure, tools, and guidance of experienced mentors and partners every step of the way — all in service of your freedom and autonomy as a microschool owner or operator. Join us to become the best version of yourself, uplift the community you serve, and build alongside a remarkable group of like-minded Founders. Join the movement to launch 100 Changemaker Microschools over the next 3 years across the country. Not only will you change the trajectory of families’ lives but be part of an education revolution! Your microschool will act as an incubator for innovation and a proof point of what is possible when you unleash the creativity and ingenuity of community leaders and educators! You will impact the macro educational landscape, and thus change the future of education and the world. Who we are looking for: Do you believe that schools should nurture the whole student —mind, body, and soul? Are you called to lead a microschool that sees the inherent genius in each child and helps them thrive through love, autonomy, and purpose? Are you committed to creating learning environments that change the trajectory of children and families’ lives? Are you energized by collaboration, driven by a growth mindset, and passionate about learner-driven, relationship-centered education? Do you bring innovative ideas you’re ready to put into action — and a desire to make a tangible impact in your local community? Whether you’re deeply rooted in your neighborhood or just beginning to build connections, if you are eager to drive transformative change and have that innovative, startup spirit that fuels a big, bold vision for change, we invite you to join our vibrant and supportive community as one of our Founders. This is an opportunity to launch, lead, and own or operate a microschool without the limitations of traditional school systems. You will embody a unique educational philosophy that centers on self-directed and experiential learning with a core focus on social-emotional development with our unique and innovative Mind, Body, Soul (MBS) program. You can set yourself up for financial independence while pursuing your dream and freeing yourself of working for others. As a Founder, you'll receive comprehensive support and resources to help you create a dynamic learning environment while making a meaningful impact on students and families.
