Shabby Fabrics is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our evening warehouse team! New evening-shift employees are eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus after successfully completing their first 90 days of employment!
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM | Weekends Off!

About the Role:
As an Evening Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring our high-quality products reach customers around the world. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are essential.
What You'll Do:
Measure, cut, and fold fabrics with precision.
Work independently and with teammates to prepare fabric products.
Assist in assembling quilting kits and specialty products.
Pull, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately.
Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse operations.
Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and productivity.
Adapt to different warehouse responsibilities based on daily operational needs.
What We're Looking For:
Dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between colors.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
Willingness to learn new tasks and assist in different warehouse departments.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working at heights and performing repetitive movements.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
On-site position in Post Falls, Idaho. Remote work is not available.

Sign-On Bonus Details: The $250 sign-on bonus is available to eligible new employees hired into evening-shift warehouse positions during the promotional hiring period. The bonus will be paid through payroll following completion of 90 days of continuous employment, provided the employee remains actively employed and satisfies the program's written eligibility requirements. Applicable taxes and withholdings apply.
