Location: Aberdeen, MD Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour Schedule: Monday 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM | Tuesday – Friday 4:00 PM – 12:30 AMLooking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Aberdeen where every day keeps products moving? Duties: Keep things moving — loading, unloading, sorting Pick and pack so orders are spot-onScan items in and out with simple tools

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements: Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
