Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment and Diagnosis
- Treatment Planning and Management
- Chronic Disease Management
- Acute Care
- Documentation and Record keeping
Pay: $135,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the applicable specialty area (e.g., Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology, Pediatrics, etc.).State licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to patient-centered care, cultural sensitivity, and ethical practice.
Experience:
NP with 1-year experience preferred but would consider training the right candidate out of school
License: NJ Medical License (Required)NJ CDS LIcense (Required)NJ DEA License (Required)
Language: Spanish (Preferred)
