Concierge

Salary: 17.50 - 18.50 USD / HOUR

Location: The Rivers at Maryland Farms – Brentwood, TN

Position Type: Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends)

What You Will Do: Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished, professional, and discreet manner Manage front desk sign-in/out processes for visitors and vendors Answer and direct incoming phone calls Notify residents and staff of arriving guests, packages, and deliveries Assist with resident requests and coordinate with appropriate departments as needed Provide information to prospective residents and visitors Support the Lifestyles team with event reservations, fee collection, and recordkeeping Maintain and update resident information databases and distribute directories Perform general clerical and administrative duties Support other departments to ensure high-quality resident service Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required
