Remote AI Product Designer — Enterprise Health

Optum is seeking a Product Designer, AI & Product Office to shape AI-enabled product experiences for CX and care teams. You’ll lead field research, design across EHRs, SMS, voice, and portals, and iterate with real users. You will prototype with AI, own the design system, and measure impact. This senior role requires strong portfolio, cross-functional leadership, and a focus on accessible design. You’ll work remote from anywhere in the U.S., with office requirements in some markets.
