Sign-on bonus of $2,500!At RMS Roller-Grinder, we design, build, and support machines that run hard, run long, and keep our customers ahead. Our rule is simple: if it's not right for the customer, the company, and the team, it's a no. We're family-owned and straight-talking. We hire grown-ups. We trust them. We give them the tools and freedom to win. Here, success is measured in trust earned and problems solved, not quick fixes. If you can solve problems when a machine part is wrong and the clock is running, do the right thing when no one's watching, and show up like a true partner, you'll fit right in. Our field service is what this industry knows us for, and it's built by people like you doing this job. You'll work on every make and model of roller mill out there, at feed mills, ethanol plants, soy processors, and grain facilities. Most weeks you head out Monday or Tuesday by truck or company plane, work three or four days across customer sites, and you're home for the weekend. You'll usually be alone or with one other tech. You're our eyes on the job. We support you. The work is on you.

What You'll Do: Roll changes: pull worn rolls and bearings, install new, then check the whole machine for anything else that needs work. Wellness visits: go through a full machine setup and figure out what it needs to keep running well (even upstream and downstream beyond RMS equipment).Startups and commissioning on new installs, for the customer and their contractor. Maintenance or breakdown calls: a grind issue, a failed part, a bearing, belt tension. Some planned, some not. Train customer operators and maintenance crews on running and maintaining the equipment. Tell the customer what you're going to do, what you found, and what you recommend. Send what you see in the field back to engineering so the machines get better. Keep your paperwork straight and accurate, including the reporting and billing that follows a job. What You Bring
