Leading the enterprise data, business intelligence, and analytics strategy for Language Services, the full-time remote Language Access Analytics Program Manager will develop performance dashboards, provide data-driven insights, and manage data governance frameworks while collaborating with various functional areas.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the development and management of performance dashboards and data visualizations for operational and strategic decision-making
Provide actionable recommendations and insights to leadership based on data analysis and trend forecasting
Design and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and quality across reporting systemsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in data analytics, business intelligence, healthcare administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare reporting, with a preference for healthcare data analytics experience
Expert proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and SQL
Data analytics or BI certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL certifications)
Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing
