Major Duties & Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations. Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses. Act as a leader in optical acumen. Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs. Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions. Use technology accurately and efficiently despite time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and using appropriate tools. Proactively explore root causes of issues, think forward, ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations; solution‑driven. Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities. Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies. Take pride in store appearance, helping keep the store clean, attractive, and organized.
