We’re growing and looking for another great chiropractor to join the McCormick Chiropractic team.
We’re a busy, established, family-owned chiropractic office that takes patient care seriously—but we also like coming to work. We have a great team, a fun office, a strong patient base, and we’re looking for someone who wants to become a real part of what we’re building.
We work hard, laugh a lot, take care of each other, and want our doctors to actually enjoy their careers.
We’re looking for a chiropractor who loves adjusting, connects well with patients, and wants to keep getting better.
You do not need 10 years of experience or know every technique under the sun. If you’re a great adjuster, coachable, motivated, and good with people, we can teach a lot of the rest.
Experienced doctors are absolutely welcome, and new grads are encouraged to apply.
What Your Day Will Look LikeYou’ll be doing what you went to chiropractic school to do:
Adjusting patients
Performing new-patient exams and re-exams
Reviewing and analyzing X-rays
Building and explaining treatment plans
Helping patients understand what’s going on and how we can help
Prescribing rehab, mobility, stretching, and strengthening exercises
Tracking patient progress and modifying care when needed
Working alongside a great team to give patients an awesome experience
This is a busy office, so you need to be comfortable moving.
A full-time doctor may eventually see around 150 patient visits per week, but we’re not throwing you into the deep end on Day 1. We want to help you develop into a confident, efficient doctor who can handle a full schedule while still giving patients great care.
How We Practice Our doctors use a variety of techniques, including:
Diversified
Thompson Drop
Cox Flexion-Distraction
Activator
Chiropractic BioPhysics / corrective care
Trigger-point and soft-tissue work
Extremity adjusting
Rehabilitation and corrective exercise
You do not need to know all of these.
More than anything, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with hands‑on adjusting—especially Diversified—and is willing to learn.
Who Would Be a Great Fit? Someone who:
Has a Doctor of Chiropractic degree
Is licensed or eligible to be licensed in Pennsylvania
Is confident adjusting patients
Actually enjoys talking to people
Can clearly explain recommendations and care plans
Is dependable and works well with a team
Wants feedback and coaching
Wants to continue improving clinically
Can eventually handle a busy schedule
Has a positive attitude and doesn't take themselves too seriously
We want someone who is looking for more than just their next job.
Ideally, you want a place where you can grow, make good money, become a better doctor, build relationships with patients, and potentially take on more responsibility as our practice continues to grow.
Compensation & Benefits:
Depending on experience, schedule, and performance:
$80,000–$100,000+ earning potential for full-time
Part-time opportunities available
Performance bonuses
401(k)
Employer retirement match
Paid time off
Flexible scheduling
Continuing education and professional development
Mentorship and clinical training
Long‑term growth opportunities within the practice
Why McCormick Chiropractic? Because we want this to be a place where good doctors actually want to stay.
We have an established patient base, a great staff, multiple doctors, a busy and energetic office, and a practice that continues to grow.
You’ll get plenty of hands‑on experience, mentorship when you need it, independence as you grow, and the opportunity to become an important part of the future of the practice.
If you love chiropractic, enjoy helping people, and want to work somewhere that is busy, fun, supportive, and growing, we’d love to meet you.
And if you’re thinking, “This sounds like somewhere I’d actually enjoy working,” you’re probably the kind of person we want to talk to.
