Required skills & experience: min 3yrs. Must be comfortable with vent management & medication titration. Must have experience with art lines & central lines. Prefer experience with CRRT. Prefer EVD/ICP experience.- Types of patients in this unit?: All complex trauma - head, chest, ABD, ortho trauma. Stroke, IV tPA, thrombectomy, embolization, aneurysm coiling. Burns - all adult complex burn & pediatrics up to 18-20% BSA without respiratory involvement. Also general medical & surgical patients requiring critical care. CRRT, EVDs, ICP monitoring. Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 12Hr shifts, 7p-730aWeekend Requirements: Every other weekend: Nights - Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday

Holidays are: Nights - Memorial Day Eve, July 3rd, Labor Day Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve"Is there a call or standby requirement?: NoFloating Requirements: Expected to float throughout the house other than ER & OB. If floated to MedSurg, capped at 1:4 ratio Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any color professional scrub. Do have scrubs if caring for a burn patient & dressing changes.
