Responsibilities: Conduct immediate triage and screenings for behavioral health presentations to determine safety needs. Perform risk and safety assessments, including evaluation of behavioral changes and intervention needs. Develop individualized behavioral management plans and provide guidance on de-escalation and communication strategies. Collaborate with psychiatry, intake, emergency department leadership, security, providers, and nursing staff to support patient care and safety.
