This Employer also offers post-sales support for their customers. This opening is located in a central Missouri community offering good schools, nice parks, lots of opportunities for outdoor activities, local restaurants/cafes and close proximity to a major urban area for shopping, airports, hospitals and entertainment. This employer is assisting an established Ag/Farm Equipment Retailer in hiring an experienced Ag/Farm Equipment Sales Representative. Primary duties of this role include: Professionally represent Employer and their product line to customers on-site and within the community Sell products and services following pricing strategy consistent with company policy Conduct prospecting and follow-ups with customers in a timely fashion Stay up-to-date on new equipment features Keep management advised of any corrections to new and used equipment lists Work closely with store staff and collaborate with GM as well as other sales team members during the sales process Qualifications2- or 4-year business-related degree preferred OR minimum 3 years of Ag Equipment sales experience Success selling new or used Ag Spray Equipment beneficial Commissioned sales experience a MUSTStrong Relationship-Builder Ability to train/educate others on operation of equipment as well as demonstrating value-added sales techniques and models Solid computer skills, highly organized, and an efficient time manager Works well in fast-paced work environments Why is This a Great Opportunity Established Ag Organization.
