You will own core product development work, including CAD modeling, hydraulic circuit design, and engineering documentation, while shaping the team and processes.
You will drive design validation, product launches, and continuous improvement across PTOs, pumps, cylinders, valves, manifolds, and motors, reporting to Shurco's VP of Engineering.
