Home Health Occupational Therapist - Sign-On Bonus

CenterWell Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will assess patients in their homes, develop retraining programs, and coordinate with physicians and the health care team to improve function and independence. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus or relocation assistance, benefits starting day one, a company vehicle and tuition reimbursement. Schedule is 40 hours weekly.
