Job Requirements: Must have a minimum of 24 months PCU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - REQUIRED Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - REQUIRED No hits on state license to practice - REQUIRED RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - REQUIRED Candidate drivers license to verify residency - REQUIRED Flu Vaccination: Medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request.
