Fiber Network Partnerships & Deployment Lead

Meta's Network Investments team seeks an experienced Network Development Manager to own commercial development and delivery of fiber capacity in North America. You will lead provider engagements, negotiate IRU/dark fiber contracts, and drive multi-team delivery across NIE, Planning, Finance, Legal, and Sourcing. You will manage a portfolio of routes, set strategy with partners, mentor less-experienced staff, and ensure data integrity while tracking milestones and SLAs.
