Sales Associate – Home Design & Natural StoneMarmol Hawaii | Full-time | In person
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience, plus commission
About the Role:
Marmol Hawaii, an established home design company, is seeking a motivated, personable Sales Associate to join our showroom team. In this role, you will help clients select products for their projects, guide them through the purchasing process, and provide attentive service from the initial visit through order completion. We are looking for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, takes initiative, and works well with a team. Previous sales experience is required. Experience in natural stone, home design, or construction is preferred.
Responsibilities:- Welcome showroom visitors and understand their project needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Help clients select suitable products and explain available options.
- Prepare quotes, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
- Coordinate orders from purchase through completion, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information.
- Work with fellow sales associates to keep the showroom organized and welcoming.
Qualifications:- Previous sales experience and strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A motivated, proactive approach to following up with clients and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer orders.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Background in natural stone, home design, or construction preferred.
- Currently living in Hawaii and available to work in person. Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Showroom hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Some Saturdays are required on a rotating basis, with a corresponding day off during the week.
- This position is fully in person; remote work is unavailable.
