Senior Maintenance Technician II - Multi-Skilled & On-Call

Weidner Apartment Homes is seeking a Service Technician 2 to perform multi-faceted maintenance across vacant and occupied units. You will handle painting, drywall, electrical/plumbing repairs, HVAC tasks, and flooring work while ensuring timely, high-quality service to residents. You will also manage preventative maintenance, assist with property improvements, and participate in on-call rotations. Must have transportation and a customer-service mindset in a fast-paced environment.
