Chief Operating Officer

KenHome is at the point where the quality of its operations determines the quality of its growth. We are bringing on a Chief Operating Officer to run the business day-to-day: project delivery, procurement, safety, quality, compliance, and the people systems that make them work. You will report to the CEO, sit on the executive team, and be the internal decision-maker for anything below the strategic horizon. Your tenure will be judged on three numbers: on-time delivery, gross margin on closed projects, and employee retention at the PM level and above.
