Strategic Privacy Counsel — Deputy Officer

The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC Health Department) seeks a Deputy Privacy Officer to join the Office of General Counsel. You will provide legal counsel on privacy and data security, draft and negotiate privacy agreements, and support policy development and incident response for a large city health agency. This role requires NYS Bar admission and relevant experience in privacy law, with strong research, writing, and reporting skills.
