Global Data Programs Lead

Velsera is seeking a Data Program Lead to own the sourcing, scoping, contracting, and quality of datasets delivered through the Global Data Network (GDN). You will translate client research needs into precise cohort and data requirements, negotiate data agreements, and ensure datasets meet regulatory-grade quality. You will collaborate with the commercial team and data providers, maintaining durable partner relationships while driving timely data delivery in a fast-paced federated environment.
