Data Entry Specialist Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a large-scale records and documentation update project. This individual will play a key role in reviewing, maintaining, and updating business documents, files, and records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and organization across various systems and platforms.
What You'll Do:
Review and update business documents, records, and electronic files to maintain accurate information.
Enter, edit, and verify data within databases, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
Organize, rename, and maintain digital files and folders to support efficient recordkeeping.
Update templates, forms, and administrative documents as needed.
Conduct quality checks to identify discrepancies, outdated information, and data inaccuracies.
Track progress of completed work and maintain organized project records.
Partner with internal teams to ensure documentation is updated accurately and on schedule.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in data entry, document management, records administration, or a related function.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
