Stafford Cutting Dies in Indian Trail, NC is looking for motivated, hands-on individuals ready to learn a skilled trade and build a real career in manufacturing. If you're mechanically inclined and show up ready to work, we'll teach you everything else - and pay you while you learn. Compensation $18–$20/hour | Paid On-the-Job Training
What You'll Learn:- How to build and repair precision steel rule cutting dies used in manufacturing
- Safe operation of tools and specialized die-making equipment
- How to read production instructions and basic drawings
- Quality inspection and accuracy standards
What You'll Do:- Cut, bend, and install steel rule into die boards
- Assist with building and repairing dies to customer specifications
- Inspect your own work for quality and accuracy
- Support production teams and maintain a clean, safe workspace
What We're Looking For:- High school diploma or GEDComfortable using tools - or genuinely eager to learn
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32"Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work
- Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 65 lbs
