- Starting Pay –Dependent on experience, Range is $23.00 - $30.00 Benefits – Company PAID Employee Medical Insurance Premiums - ($500(S) /$1000(F) deductible. $3,000/ out of pocket max)

Required Education:
–High School Diploma/GEDRequired Experience –At least 2 years of experience As a TIG welder, you will be responsible for interpreting specifications for each job, completing a quality weld, and inspecting the finished product.
Responsibilities:
Prep and inspect parts to be welded.
Welding material according to customer specifications.
Perform quality checks on finished product.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years previous TIG Aluminum welding experience, as well as other metals
- Strong working knowledge of blueprints
- Knowledge of robotic welding is preferred
