Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately to inform diagnosis and treatment plans. Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and clinical evidence. Implement treatment interventions, monitor patient response, and adjust care as needed. Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring appropriate distribution of responsibilities. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and team members to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.

Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of two years recent experience in emergency or acute care. Valid BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, CPI/TEAM certifications preferred. Epic electronic health record experience required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
