This is a long-term onsite role in Phoenix, AZ 85085 with occasional travel to Chandler, AZ office. Day shift 8 AM - 5 PMOur Client is a Fortune 350 company that engages in the design, manufacturing, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment.3+ years of experience working in Desktop Support.~ Experience with SCCM, Intune, IT asset management important~ Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal systems software and hardware. Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a diverse environment. Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment. Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades. May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects. May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
