What You Will Do:
Lead the development and execution of new business ventures from concept to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and validate business models.
Drive strategic planning and operational execution to ensure successful company growth.
Engage with stakeholders to build partnerships and secure resources for new initiatives.
Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Mentor and guide emerging leaders within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation.
Monitor key performance metrics to assess the success of new ventures and iterate as necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
Background4–10 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Proven track record of launching successful startups or innovative projects.
Strong understanding of the AI landscape and its application in various sectors.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Experience in strategic planning and operational management.
Preferred:
Familiarity with fundraising processes and investor relations.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary for this role is $150K–$150K, with equity participation of 0.5%–0.5%. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of mission-driven companies while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
