Managing the reporting and analysis of advance facilities, the full-time remote Treasury Advance Reporting and Facilities Manager will oversee compliance, develop policies, and ensure accurate reporting in accordance with investor guidelines and company procedures.
Key responsibilities:
Manage departmental operations, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring of employees
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Conduct quality reviews of department reports and oversee account reconciliations to ensure adherence to guidelinesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or lending finance
Previous experience with advance facilities is preferred
Strong skills in Access and/or SQL
Knowledge of conventional and government reconciliation and reporting practices
