Role Responsibilities:- Build out expense reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Own the firm's annual budget and long-range financial plan, partnering closely with department heads across the organization
- Develop bottoms-up forecasts by fund, modeling both current and future vehicles
- Lead firmwide compensation tracking and analysis, partnering with the CFO and COO to standardize how compensation data is captured and reported
- Provide benchmarking support and analytics to inform compensation decisions
- Serve as a key business partner to the CEO, delivering recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making
- Own the methodology for allocating costs and returns fairly across funds and investors
- Partner with the Fund Finance team on GP reporting to lenders, investors, and other stakeholders
- Support ad hoc family office finance needs for the founder — including personal financial reporting, coordination with outside wealth advisors and tax/legal counsel, and tracking of personal investments, trusts, and philanthropic entities
