Talent Acquisition Partner

The Opportunity: Sterling Site Access Solutions is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead professional recruiting across the organization and help shape a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function. This is an opportunity to join a growing company in a dynamic industry, tell a compelling story in the talent market, and make a visible impact on how Sterling attracts, hires, and retains great people. You'll work closely with HR, Operations, and hiring leaders to understand the business, build proactive sourcing strategies, attract and engage exceptional talent, and deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and keep searches moving with urgency. Use recruiting metrics and market insights to continuously improve our approach. Strong hiring manager partnership and influencing skills. Business curiosity and the ability to understand the work behind the job description. Confidence to advise and appropriately challenge leaders when the search strategy needs to change. Strong organization, follow-through, and candidate care. Experience with an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools. Experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or another industrial environment is a plus.

Company-paid life insurance benefit of $25,000.Optional voluntary benefits, including supplemental life insurance, disability coverage, and pet insurance. Generous paid time off, including company holidays, vacation, personal time, and parental leave. Safe Harbor 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer contribution. A supportive culture that values employee well-being, professional growth, collaboration, and work-life balance. Why Sterling? Sterling is a leader in sustainable site access solutions, supporting critical energy infrastructure and large-scale construction projects across the country. Our work combines manufacturing, engineering, field operations, and innovation to solve real-world access challenges. But what makes this opportunity particularly exciting is where Sterling is going. Through our OwnerUp program, eligible employees have an opportunity to share in Sterling's long-term success, not just work for it. We are investing in employee development, strengthening how we attract and grow talent, and building a culture centered on accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and shared success. For someone in Talent Acquisition, that means you will have a meaningful story to bring to market: a company with strong purpose, real momentum, compelling employee ownership potential, and leaders who are serious about building a talent function that matches the quality of the business. This Could Be Your Next RoleIf you're an experienced recruiter who is ready for more ownership, more business partnership, and the opportunity to help build a Talent Acquisition function, not simply inherit one, we'd love to meet you.
