Position Summary:
HiHealthCare is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. This role offers the flexibility of Part Time and Per Diem schedules, making it ideal for RNs looking to balance work with other personal or professional commitments.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with a patient's individualized care planConduct home visits to assess patient health and home environmentAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor and document changes in patient conditionCommunicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team membersEducate patients and caregivers on health maintenance and disease managementEnsure compliance with all clinical and safety protocolsQualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the State of HawaiiMinimum of one (1) year nursing experience; home care experience preferredCPR certification (BLS)
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insuranceWhat We Offer:
