Position Type: Seasonal / Range of Pay is $15-$16 an hour
Assignment Dates: Immediate start through early January
Schedule:
Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available, including holiday and peak-season schedules as needed Seasonal Sales Associate : Operating hours are from 9am to 9pm - Please review this short video for more details about this position. Seasonal Production Associate : Must be 18 years or older - Operating hours are from 9am to 6pm - Please review this short video for more details about this position. Details Assist the Management team with either register transactions or sorting donations. Maintain customer service standards in order to provide a pleasant shopping experience for each customer. Meet daily or weekly production goals. Assist staff in stocking shelves and clothing racks, or price and prepare/organize donations for the store floor. Assist the Management team in the building of the team, by being an example of revealing Christ to all staff, donors, and customers. Assist the team by living out our Mission to Reveal, Tell, & Provide, as well as carrying out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an excellent command of the English language.
- Must have a commitment to KARM Stores mission and mission statement.
- Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
- Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form
- Stand up to 100% of a standard work day.
- Lifting and Bending up to 75% of a standard work day.
