Child Support Specialist I The Child Support Specialist position in the Operations Unit of DCSS is responsible for establishing and enforcing child support orders while providing quality customer service. The incumbent works closely with the Department of Justice, Family Court, and other agencies, managing cases through research, documentation, and database systems such as the Delaware Child Support System. Duties include interacting with clients in person, by phone, email, and in court, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with child support laws.
