Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries and issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide personalized, tailored solutions to clients
- Monitor and analyze client feedback and behavior to improve digital CX and increase retention
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years customer service/relationship manager experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in cross-selling financial products
- Self-starter capable of working independently and in a team
- Proven customer service relationship manager experience
- Experience providing customer service for commercial and consumer clients
- Computer proficiency with customer service software, databases and tools
- Awareness of industry technology trends and applications
- Ability to think strategically and lead customers
- Strong client-facing verbal and written communication
- Relationship management experience with transactions, risk, compliance, and account opening
