Dallas, Texas opportunity - relocation expenses included Base pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesHelp pursue new work and estimate projects in a variety of market segments including high rise office & hospitality, multifamily, retail and more. Provide leadership and oversight of estimating & preconstruction, work with clients in the pursuit of new projects and conceptually prepare rough budgets for repeat clients. Help in the development of the estimating and project management staff as it relates to project cost, supplier negotiation, subcontractor relations, design assist and design build, and contract and risk management.
