Work Environment: As a licensed Mental Health Counselor at our outpatient clinic, you will operate in a fully remote setting while being part of an engaged and supportive team. Key Responsibilities: In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at supporting our clients' mental health journeys.

Key responsibilities include: Conducting in-depth assessments for adult clients to identify psychological needs and challenges. Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs. Developing, implementing, and reviewing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients. Providing crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health concerns. Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Participating in ongoing professional development activities, including case consultations and skill-building workshops, to enhance therapeutic competencies. Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in mental health counseling. Engaging in teamwork and community-building initiatives, contributing to our clinic's social media presence and community outreach efforts. Patient Population / Client FocusYour work at Resilience Restorative Clinic will primarily involve assisting adult clients from various backgrounds and life experiences. You will have the opportunity to address a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications: A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).Active registration with relevant professional bodies and liability insurance. A high level of proficiency in conducting assessments and documenting treatment plans for clients across different demographic groups, including children, teenagers, and adults. Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and effective teamwork skills. Strong adherence to ethical standards and best practices in clinical judgment.

Preferred Experience: While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in: Working with specific populations such as veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or multicultural communities. Using modern telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective patient management. Implementing innovative therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits: Resilience Restorative Clinic offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked, along with a substantial sign-on bonus.
