Onsite Event Producer

Beyul Retreat, a backcountry adventure lodge meets wellness retreat, is now hiring for the position of Onsite Event Coordinator. Are you a gathering mastermind who loves making things run smoothly while keeping the energy high? A nature-lover who exudes leadership qualities? We’re looking for an onsite team member who works seamlessly with our Remote Coordinator, as well as our summer staff to produce events throughout our next event season. You’ll help bring visions to life with creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for creating unique, transformative experiences for our guests! This is a great role for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, people, and the energy of bringing an event to life. No two weeks at Beyul look exactly the same. One day you might be walking a wedding planner through the property, the next coordinating a retreat dinner in Aspen Grove, troubleshooting a last-minute schedule change, or jumping behind the bar when the team needs an extra set of hands. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, but who also likes being in the middle of the action, can stay calm when plans change, and gets real satisfaction from creating an experience that feels seamless and thoughtful for guests.
