The Opportunity:
-Draft and prosecute patent applications across a variety of life sciences and chemical technologies-Advise on patentability, clearance opinions, patent portfolio strategy, licensing, and enforcement-Work closely with accomplished IP attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment-Gain exposure to sophisticated clients and opportunities for long-term professional growth
What We're Looking For:
-3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience-Technical background in Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field-Experience in pharmaceuticals, antibodies, immunology, genetics, or organic chemistry preferred-PhD highly desirable-USPTO registration and active bar admission required This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into a platform where they can have a meaningful impact, work directly with experienced partners, and continue developing their practice.
