Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Manage safety, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination. Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working with a Commercial/Industrial General Contractor. Hands-on field experience and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to travel as needed (but not a road warrior role).This is a confidential position and is not publicly advertised.
