APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Bringing deep investment expertise to enterprise-wide capital decisions, the full-time remote Director of Capital Advisory will evaluate new investment opportunities, assess capital impacts, and partner with actuarial and regulatory teams to support strategic capital allocation and risk-adjusted return analysis.
Key responsibilities:
Lead evaluation of capital-related impacts for new asset classes and structured transactions, including capital impact modeling and scenario analysis
Monitor regulatory developments affecting Risk Based Capital (RBC) and translate changes into capital impact analysis for leadership
Develop frameworks for evaluating risk-adjusted return on capital and synthesize inputs into unified capital deployment recommendations
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial, Business, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience in professional finance, including capital management
3+ years of investment-related experience, particularly in evaluating or structuring complex investment transactions
Strong knowledge of fixed income markets, structured credit, and insurance general account investment strategy
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
