Seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Originators, the full-time remote position will focus on originating residential mortgage loans, building referral relationships, and guiding borrowers through the home financing process while collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
Originate residential mortgage loans by discussing options, taking applications, and gathering necessary documentation
Develop and execute business development strategies to maintain a pipeline of mortgage opportunities
Establish and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and other referral partners through networking and community activitiesRequired qualificationsActive mortgage loan originator license in the state(s) where loans are originated
Previous experience in mortgage loan origination, retail lending, or mortgage sales preferred
Knowledge of mortgage loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA programs
Experience managing an active loan pipeline and developing referral relationships
SAFE Act compliance and ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration
