Daily tasks will include rebuilding and cleaning subassemblies for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, performing Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks, support of subfab equipment, chemical handling, and ensuring an adequate supply of consumables for rebuilding sub-assemblies.. Prefer 3 to 5 years of related wafer fab experience with an emphasis on production equipment.. Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology (4-point probe, Atomic Force Microscopy, CDSEM, Film Thickness measurement tools, Defect inspection tools, etc.). The candidate(s) selected will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area.. Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
B.S Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.. Six-Sigma Green Belt preferred.. Solid understanding of chemical manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methods, problem solving techniques, SPC, and FMEA. Understanding of metrology of materials and polymer processes is a plus. Knowledge of Statistical software such as Minitab, JMP. Experience in semiconductor, microelectronics, automotive, or high-tech industry a plus.
