Responsible for packaging materials in accordance with standard manufacturing procedures (SMP) and standard operating procedures (SOP) including equipment set-up, equipment clean-up and documentation of such process.. Filling, assembling, labeling and inspecting under general supervision.. May be responsible for maintaining accuracy in weighing materials per the correct SMP and SOP weight tolerances.. May be responsible for moving required materials from defined storage or staging areas tworkspace using material handling equipment.. Maintains accurate production records, which include operation/cleaning logs, batch history records, label reconciliation, work order information and other pertinent data.
