Keep accurate records of all inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as local fire marshal requirements. Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems. Regulatory Compliance : Familiarity with state and federal regulations, local fire marshal requirements, and EPA/South Coast Air Quality District regulations regarding refrigerant handling.
