Role description: The IT Supply Chain Solutions Analyst acts as an internal consultant for Ardagh Group’s ERP systems (SAP and sub-systems).. This role is focused on procurement and inventory management, sales and distribution, logistics (shipping and transportation) and warehouse management.. In this role, you’ll lead capital projects, drive equipment reliability through predictive maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading maintenance and production teams, implementing CMMS strategies, supporting OSHA Process Safety Management elements, and managing critical spare parts and tooling.. Design, monitor, and refine an asset maintenance plan that includes value-added preventive maintenance tasks and effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems.. Selection of and proper use of technology to comply with quality management system requirements and OSHA PSM regulations where applicable, including Thermography, Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, and NDT.Work with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.. Chemical plant operations preferred.
